We do NOT ship packages, but we can help you package them and put the dry ice inside for you. We do not want to accept responsibility and liability for anyone’s
packages/goods. We are not a shipping company.

Yes, as long you cancel 12 hours prior to delivery. If you paid by credit card, a store credit will be issued for future purchases.

Ice is a food product. Once sold it can not be taken back and resold for health and safety reasons.
