General Inquiries

Dry ice is frozen carbon dioxide. It sublimates, going from a solid form to a gas. Inside a cooler, dry ice reaches a temperature of -109.3°F. It is most commonly used to freeze products and ship perishable goods. 

Dry ice typically lasts 36–48 hours inside a cooler before it completely sublimates away.

You store dry ice inside a styrofoam or insulated plastic cooler.

 *Solid form lasts longer than pellet form 

Appointments are REQUIRED. We are primarily a delivery service but offer pick-up service by appointment seven days a week.

WE OFFER 24-HOUR EMERGENCY SERVICE AFTER THOSE TIMES FOR LARGE ORDERS. PLEASE CALL US 24/7 TO SPEAK WITH A LIVE REPRESENTATIVE.

*Small orders/pick-ups cannot be done until the following day.

By the bundle. They are kiln-dried oakwood wrapped with a handle (16″ in length, 8-10 pieces inside a bundle) that provides approximately 3-4 hours of fire inside a home fireplace. We do not sell loose wood.

Shipping and Handling Concerns

Use a heavy-duty insulated pair of gloves, oven mitt, or bath towel.

An insulated Styrofoam cooler, box/packaging material, and 5-10 lbs. of dry ice.

Yes. A maximum of 5 lbs. are allowed by most airline carriers. (Please contact your airline carrier to confirm quantity allowed.)

Yes. We sell a Styrofoam cooler inside a box for easy shipping.

We do NOT ship packages, but we can help you package them and put the dry ice inside for you. We do not want to accept responsibility and liability for anyone’s packages/goods. We are not a shipping company. 

Return and Refund Questions

No. We offer store credit that is good for future purchases.

Yes, as long you cancel 12 hours prior to delivery. If you paid with a credit card, a store credit will be issued for future purchases.

Ice is a food product. Once sold, it cannot be taken back and resold for health and safety reasons. 

Yes, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. We carry brands and would be happy to do an even exchange if a product is not burning properly.
